Patricia A. Blackburn

Patricia A. Blackburn passed peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the age of 75.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Blackburn, and her parents, Rex and Wilma LaMee. Patricia is survived by her beloved dog, Stoney; her four children, Carol Diaz (David), John W. Blackburn (Christina), David Blackburn (Laura), and Michael Blackburn; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Jonathan, Joy, Christian, Olivia, and Christain, who knew her as Grandma and Nana; fourteen great-grandchildren, who knew her as Gigi; her sister, Linda D. DeLeon; three nieces and two nephews; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews.

In her younger years, Patricia enjoyed creating with string art and making candles. For twenty years she worked as a receptionist and receiving clerk at Color Spot Nursery. Above all, she cherished time with her family and made it a priority to attend the many birthday celebrations of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Patricia will be laid to rest beside her husband at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
