She is survived by: her children, Lynn Couch (Brent) of Hazard, KY, Clay Miller (Beverly) of Lexington, KY, Jay Miller (Sabrina) of Hazard, KY and Scott Miller of Hazard, KY; and her great grandchild FriendsArrangements of Maggard's Mtn.
