She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Titsworth and Iva Titsworth; her husband Keith Dowdell; and her daughter Debra Sue. She is survived by: her daughter Montie Adair of Clinton, OK; her grandchildren, Kara Edwards (Ky) of McKinney, TX, Andrew Fenity (Kortney) of Colorado Springs, CO and Tobi Merit (Cody) of Chickasha, OK; her son-in-law Larry Fenity of Edmond, OK; and her brothers-in-law, Danny Dowdell (Nancy) of Clinton, OK and Bill Dowdell of Clinton, OK. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Whinery Funeral Service & Cremation Center (403 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sayre-Doxey Cemetery.
