It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat A Hoffman of Peoria, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Pat departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Pat may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Pat leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, L. J. Barclay and Audrey Barclay (Richardson); and her husband Lowell Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Greg Hoffman of Cape Coral and Pam Hoffman of Peoria, IL..

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cypress Lake Presbyterian Church (8260 Cypress Lake Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33919).

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or to Cypress Lake Presbyterian Church in Ft. Myers.
