Partha Nell Stapleton Kendrick

Partha Nell Stapleton Kendrick, 90, of Scott County, Virginia, passed away on March 15, 2026, at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on March 15, 1936, Partha lived a full life rooted in the hills of Southwest Virginia. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose quiet strength and deep faith touched everyone who knew her. She found great comfort and community at Copper Creek Primitive Baptist Church, where she worshipped for many years.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, as well as her extended family who remained close to her side until the very end. Partha will be laid to rest in the Hugh Jack Addington Family Cemetery in Nickelsville, Virginia, a place that held special meaning for her and her family.
