Pamela McClellan Rainey

Pamela McClellan Rainey of Anderson, South Carolina passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, at Rainey Hospice House. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara Bowen McClellan and Joe Bill McClellan; her sister Gina Scott; her brother Russell McClellan; her brother-in-law Keith Scott; her three nephews Brian, Chris, and Travis Scott; her unborn child Westley; and her infant grandson Hayden Rainey.

Pam is survived by her loving daughter Meredith Rainey and her devoted dog Bowen. She is also survived by her children Jon-Michael Rainey (Janine), Brandon Rainey (Kellye), Joshua Rainey (Heather), and Courtney Gibson (Jeremy), as well as her grandchildren Jon Rainey, Avery and Abby Rainey, Adam, Ashton, and Rainey Gibson, Hampton and Hudson Rainey, and Carter and Blaine Albertson. She also leaves behind a brother, Richard McClellan; a sister, Allyson Sanders (Brian); and nephews Douglas Fridel, Sam Sanders, and Ben Sanders.

Pam will be remembered for her kindness and humor. She is now at rest in the arms of Jesus, surrounded by peace, love, and light. She is home. She is healed. She is loved.
