Pamela Eisele Fazio
June 27, 1957— March 8, 2026
Lower Macungie Twp., PA
Pamela Eisele Fazio, 68, of Lower Macungie Township, passed away on March 8, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born on June 27, 1957 in Norristown to the late Frank and Helen (Torgrimsen) Eisele, she graduated from Norristown High School before earning a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree from Temple University. Pamela devoted much of her career to healthcare as a hospital administrator at Lehigh Valley Hospital, where she worked tirelessly to improve patient care. She later worked for Colonial Penn Insurance and pursued her entrepreneurial spirit through her jewelry business, Elite Designs.
Pamela’s greatest joy was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart and shared 32 years of marriage with the father of her children, Vincent D. Fazio of Allentown. She cherished simple pleasures—flowers, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles, and her beloved coffee—while her infectious laugh and bubbly personality could brighten any room. She is now at peace, reunited with her brother Larry and her twin sister Patricia, whom she loved and missed dearly.
She is survived by her children, Peter D. (Jennifer Fletcher) Fazio of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Tracey M. (David) Rugari of Whitesboro, New York, and Jake D. (Ashley) Fazio of Coplay; her brother, John (Andrea) Langton of Fulton, Missouri; sister-in-law Lorraine Eisele; brother-in-law Akbar Sharifi; and grandchildren Dominick Rugari, Gianna Fazio, Julian Fazio, Maya Rugari, Cameron Fazio, and Adrian Fazio.
