Pamela D. Towns

Pamela D. Towns

November 11, 1968 March 13, 2026

Sand Springs, OK

On November 11, 1968, in Tulsa, Oklahoma a baby girl was born to Johnie and Lena Mae Towns. They named her Pamela Darlene Towns. She was their firstborn. She later became known as Pam, Pammy Sue, Pamela D. Motormouth, Q-Tip, the list goes on and on. She accepted Christ early in life and was baptized at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Pam graduated high school from Charles Page in 1987, where she had a love for basketball. She later attended Tulsa Junior College (now TCC) and Delgado Community College in New Orleans, where she studied and graduated with her accounting degree.

Pam had a love for children. She had at least five godchildren, whom she adored very much. She was always talking about each of them and how much she cared for them individually. She was also one of the Youth Director's and Sunday School Teacher’s at Greater Cornerstone Baptist Church. Pam was a people person also; she never wanted anyone to hurt or go without. If she could help in any way, she tried her hardest to do as much as she could. Whether that was lending a helping hand, a listening ear or some kind of financial support.

Pam had a gift of gab from a very early age. There was rarely a moment of silence when Pam showed up. She would make jokes and remember past events to the day and time.

Ms. Pamela D. Towns, a resident of Sand Springs, in her 57th year, "answered her Master's Call Home" on Friday afternoon, March 13, 2026 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma with her loving family near her side.

Her grandparents Walter & Bernice McLaurin and C.P. and Mildred Towns, and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins preceded her in death.

She leaves to celebrate her legacy, her parents, Johnie and Lena Mae Towns (Sand Springs, Ok); her brother, Johnie Bernard “Bubba” Towns (Sand Springs, Ok); her sister, Tamica Denise (Towns) Corbin (Tulsa, Ok); her niece, Gabrielle Ja’Nae Corbin (Tulsa, Ok) and her nephew, Johnie Von Corbin (Tulsa, Ok), along with numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, godchildren and friends.

The Sacred Farewell for Pamela will commence on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Eleventh Hour in the most holy sanctuary of Calvary Baptist Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, where Pastor Scott Gordon is the gracious host and Pastor J. Derrick Williams will render the eulogy.

You may visit Pam, as she slumbers in sweet repose in the All Faiths Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., in Tulsa on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 11AM until 6PM.
