She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest "Waldo" LeVally and Goldie LeVally (Prater) of Ridgeway. She is survived by: her children, Jason McClain (Laura) of Ada, Marc McClain (Carrie) of St. Mary's, John McClain (Traci) of Ada and Rachael Jordan (Brent) of Ada; her siblings, Diana Britton (Mike) of Kenton and Doug LeVally (Karen) of Ridgeway; her grandchildren, Angelica, Alyssa, Jonny, Lauren, Marcus, Caiden, Evie, Clayton, Natilyn, Langston, Reese, Aubry and Presley; and her great grandchildren, Caley, Austin and Jase. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price McElroy Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Kenton, OH 43326). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
