He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hall Sr. and Dorothy Matthews Hall; his children, James Hall and Latonya Hall; and his sister Linda Dolls.

He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Hall of Pine Bluff and Corey Hudson of Pine Bluff; his siblings, Charles Hall of Star City, Clarence Hall of Little Rock, Tanya Hall of Star City, Dianna McGee of Flint, MI and Carolyn Ward of Dumas; his granddaughters, Amanda Wainwright and Sierra Hall; and his great grandchildren, Trevion Hill, Cyrus Hill, Za'Riyah Turntine, Mykalin Turntine, Jasiah McLeod and Aubrielle Davis.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Griffin Funeral Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667).
