Orville “Arb” Smith, 86, of Ashland, Kentucky, husband of Joyce Smith, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026.
Arb spent thirty years as a dedicated employee of Armco Steel before retiring. Known for his quiet strength and steady presence, he was a proud family man who found deep satisfaction in his work and in the life he built with Joyce.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce, and the many family members and friends whose lives he touched with his dependable and genuine spirit.
