Opal left this world on March 8, 2026 at the age of 102, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Murphy (Murphy) and Charlie Beckham Murphy; her spouse C. C. Kuykendall; and her siblings, Wanda Jo and Bill.

She is survived by: her children, Frances Ann of Jane Lee, C. C. "Kirk" Jr., Myerl Chrystine, Lewis Bill and Leann Chrystine; and her grandchildren, Robin, Kevin, Kenny, Tara, Dylan, Josh and Jacob.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mercer-Adams Funeral Service (3925 N Asbury Ave, Bethany, OK 73008). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mercer-Adams Chapel (3925 N Asbury Ave, Bethany, OK 73008).
