Ollie F. "Peg" Godbey, aged 96, passed away on March 13, 2026. She was the dear sister of the late Mary Sneed, Quilla Roberts, Nannie Parton, Edgar Godbey, Guston Godbey, and David Godbey. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church in Hartwell, Peg lived a quiet and faithful life rooted in her church community and family connections. She will be remembered for the steady presence she provided to those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry forward the memories of her long life.
