Oliver Ben Smalls Jr. of Charleston, South Carolina, has passed away.
He will be remembered with love and respect by his relatives and friends, who gathered to celebrate his life on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM at International Church on Ashley River Road in Charleston. His interment followed at Live Oak Memorial Gardens.
