She was predeceased by: her parents, John James Irons and Essie Folse Irons; and her siblings, John James Irons, Jr., Mary Ethel Daly, Willie Joseph Aulston Irons, Emmanuel James Irons, Alvin Luther Irons, Julia Irons Washington and Lydia Irons Lindsey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Rodgers, Charles Irons (Vivian), Lionel Irons and Joel Irons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nazareth Baptist Church (9108 Pritchard Pl, New Orleans, LA 70118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
