It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nyala Sue Bolen of Seelyville, Indiana, who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nyala Sue Bolen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Peterman and Evelyn Peterman (Bock); her husband Douglas Bolen of Mishawaka; and her sisters, Joanne Crawford, Betty Folken and Sharon Lowe of South Bend, Indiana..

She is survived by: her sons, Grant Bolen (Jennifer) and Maxwell Bolen (Robin); her grandchildren, Grant Wayne Bolen (Honesty Stoops), Madelyn Bolen, Drew Bolen (Ben Stout), Dane Bolen (Arissa Pula), Sydney Bolen, Jacob Bolen and Kyle Jones; and her brother-in-law Jeff Bolen (Edie).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Indiana Memorial (3562 W 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46222).
