Norma Joyce Maloney

Norma Joyce Maloney, 93, of Vernon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 6, 2026, at Manchester Memorial Hospital.

Born on September 2, 1932, in Concord, New Hampshire, Norma was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Flora (Linscott) Miniutti. She dedicated many years of service to the State of Connecticut, working in Information Technology for the Department of Labor. She approached her work with diligence and quiet dedication, earning the respect of her colleagues and friends.

Above all, Norma was a warm and loving mother who cherished her family beyond measure. Her greatest joy was the time spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, steady strength, and the unwavering love she gave so freely.

Norma is survived by her son, Michael Maloney and his wife, Doreen Maloney; her daughter, Pamela Dunne; as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband.
