Norma Jean Dorsey

Norma Jean Dorsey of Lothian, Maryland, passed away on March 16, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents, James Rogers Parks and Norma Parks (Rosner), and her mother-in-law, Barbara Bernard.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Edward Dorsey; her sons, Cody James Dorsey, Brandon Luke Dorsey, and Jacob Albert Dorsey; her sister, Leah Ellmore (Douglas); her brother-in-law, Richard Dorsey (Tanya); and her nieces and nephews, Andrea Hurd, Meredith Ellmore, Natalie, Rachel, Alyssa, Katie Dorsey, Douglas Ellmore, Jr., Richard Jr., Benjamin, and William Dorsey, III.

Norma Jean lived a life deeply rooted in family, finding her greatest joy in her husband and three sons. Her warmth and steady presence left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
