Norma Howard

Norma Howard was born in Birkenhead, England, on May 12, 1932. She came to America in 1954, and in 1959 she and her husband were stationed at Eglin AFB. She fell in love with the area and made it her home for the rest of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Archibald and Agnes Rosilyn Lyon, her brother George A. Lyon, her husband Don Howard, and her son Billy H. Goodson Jr.

Norma is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kerry Lynn and Alan Rateliff, her grandsons Alan W. Rateliff II, Bradlee and his wife Juliana Goodson, and Brandon Goodson, as well as her sisters Beryl L. Brown and Jacqueline Monahan, and many nieces and nephews.
