She is survived by her beloved husband, Larry Dean Spitz; her children, Kyle Edward Spitz and his wife Nancy, Amanda Gayle Hodgkins and her wife Whitney, Tasha Kay Spitz, and Corbin Leon Spitz; and her grandson, Kaiden Edward Félix Spitz. She is also survived by her siblings, Linda Rohus, Marilyn Cummings and her husband Art, Glenn Wriser and his wife Karen, Larry Wriser, and Billy Wriser and his wife Chris; brothers-in-law Gary and Patti Bolton, and Shannon and Jim Hill; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who adored her.
Preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Nell Wriser; her mother- and father-in-law, Evelyn and Gerald Spitz; her brother, Charles Wriser; brothers-in-law Jay Rohus and Roger Bass; sisters-in-law Theresa Hill and Regina Hill; and nephew Casey Hill.
Norma was a loving wife, a caring mother, and an adoring grandmother whose heart was fullest when surrounded by family and friends. She had a special gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. As a foster parent, she opened her home and her heart to children in need, offering them safety, guidance, and unwavering compassion. She cherished the outdoors and the warmth of the sun, especially when riding alongside her husband Larry, her steadfast partner in every adventure. A proud member of The Woodlands Harley Davidson group, she embraced the freedom of the open road on her Harley, always with her signature sparkle and style. Above all, becoming a grandmother to Kaiden over the past four years brought her profound joy, and the love she shared with him was deep and endless. Her laughter, strength, and generous spirit touched countless lives and will be remembered by all who knew her.
