She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Glenn Stidham and Hazel Marie Raleigh; her son Darren Marshall Gerig; and her brother Carlos Edward Stidham. She is survived by: her husband Warren Charles Gerig, Jr.; and her sisters, Margie Alice Green and Lyla Ruth Van Rompaey of Seattle, Washington..

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (219 E Bijou St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, April 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery (10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925).
