Noreen Renee Levy

Palm Beach, FL

Noreen Renee Levy passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 59 in Palm Beach, Florida. Born in Indio, California, she was adopted as an infant by Arnold and Dorothy Levy on September 13, 1966. She grew up traveling the world with her older brother Alan, following her father’s military career, and spent every summer in Brooklyn, New York, with her mother, brother, and extended family. The family later settled in Moreno Valley, California, at March Air Force Base when she was in grade school. She graduated from Moreno Valley High School and then set out to build her own independent life.

Noreen had a deep love for the ocean and living near the water. She cherished her dog Mimi, getting her nails done, wearing her pretty jewelry, and spending time with friends and family. She especially adored her children and grandchildren. Known for her great sense of humor, sweet smile, and the way she made others feel valued and loved, Noreen brought warmth and joy to those around her. Her faith in Jesus provided her comfort through difficult times, and she often shared memes on Facebook that reflected her values.

She is survived by her daughter Chevon and husband Willie Adams of Memphis, Tennessee, and their two children, Malaya and Jordan; her son Cedric Freeman and grandson Khaza of Palm Beach, Florida; her son Christopher; and her brother Alan Levy and his wife Ann of Laguna Beach, California.

Noreen’s love and spirit remain with all who knew her, leaving a lasting impression on their hearts. She will be deeply missed.
