January 10, 1938 March 14, 2026

Casco, WI

Norbert “Moxie” J. Delebreau, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on January 10, 1938, in Casco, Wisconsin, to the late Theophile and Veronica (Koss) Delebreau, he married Joann Herold on April 18, 1959, and together they built a loving family that remained the center of his life.

Moxie had a deep love for the outdoors and spent many happy days hunting, especially on memorable trips out west with his close friends. He was also an enthusiastic athlete who found joy in golfing, bowling, and playing softball. With Joann by his side, he created cherished memories during vacations to Florida, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and on numerous cruises.

In 1967, Moxie opened Moxie’s Supper Club in Casco. The establishment quickly became a beloved community gathering place where friends and neighbors came together to enjoy good food, laughter, and warm companionship.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Joann Delebreau; his children, Terri (fiancé Randy Cravillion) Delebreau, Doug (Gail) Delebreau, Lorri (Chuck) Heraly, and Dan (Amy) Delebreau; grandchildren, Katie (Mike) Shillin, Kristie Delebreau, Ryan (Shawna) Delebreau, Bradley (Denise) Heraly, Amy (Ian) Bushie, Bridget (Jim) LeCaptain, Brock (Jesus) Delebreau, and Danielle (special friend Sam) Delebreau; great-grandchildren, Michael, Noelle, Conrad, Arlo, Elliot, Leah, and Lilyana; and his sister-in-law, Mary Ann Pries.
