She was the daughter of the late Bill & Bessie (Robinson) Fox.Nora is survived by her husband, Steve Elkins and by her children, Ronnie (Kendra) Tincher, Rita (Steve) Allen, Pat Chapman, Bill (Pat) Tincher, Brenda Robinson, Evan Elkins, Alan (Brittany) Elkins, and Reva Tincher. She was blessed with thirty grandchildren and thirty-nine grandchildren.In addition to her parents, Nora was also preceded by two grandchildren, Brittany Nichole Robinson and Colson David Robinson.Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 13, 2026, at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Morgan officiating. Burial to follow in the Lewis Cemetery.
