He was known for his strong character, humor, and the love he had for his family.Noe was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his sons Roman (Nora), Dave Marcus (Genevieve), Noe Jr. (Phylicia), and daughter Samantha (Rudy). Eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who brought him great joy. Noe is also survived by his brother, Arturo, and his sisters, Delma, Anna, Delfina, and Virginia.He had a way of making people laugh and could brighten any room with his stories and personality. Those who knew him will remember his hardworking spirit and the pride he took in caring for the people he loved.While our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing he is now at peace.
