Noah Misner, 54, of Rochester MN, passed away on March 4, 2026, after living with renal cell carcinoma for 10 years.
He graduated from University of North Dakota Grand Forks, majoring in Electrical Engineering.
He had many hobbies throughout the years including scuba diving, woodworking, and building and flying radio control airplanes. He was very passionate about flying and had his private pilot's license with both VFR/IFR rating. His happy place was time spent on the Mississippi River cruising and relaxing on his boat with his family.
Noah is survived by his wife, Lori; daughter, Morgan (Shane) Nolan; parents, Dale and Shirley Misner; in-laws, Gary and Janet Zander; siblings, Dawn (Mike) Etmund, Keri (Josh) Heinzeman, Richard (Sadie) Misner; brother in-law, Mike (Teri) Zander; and nieces and nephews, Ben Etmund, Ken, Elizabeth, Kelly, Lisa Jane, Ryan, and Troy Heinzeman, Gabe (Teerza), Shawn and Sophia Misner, Kaitlyn (Cassandra), Kyle and Ryan (Paris) Zander.
Noah is preceded in death by his father, Victor Buelow Jr.; and paternal and maternal grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Ranfranz and Vine Remembrance and Reception Centre (5482 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN 55901).
