Nick Abeyta ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Twin Chapels Mortuary on Mar. 9, 2026.Nick Anthony Abeyta (Tony) passed away peacefully at home in Antioch, CA on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026.He was preceded in death by his parents Nick and Katie Abeyta and sister Carmen Abeyta. He is survived by wife Kathleen Abeyta, stepdaughter Deleane Ramirez and her family, sisters Anita Abeyta & Rita Torres and nephew Ricardo Abeyta. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.Tony was born and raised in Vallejo, California. He graduated from Vallejo High School and Diablo Valley College. He studied many subjects which gave him the knowledge to open his own business. He enjoyed being his own boss. His first business venture was a window tinting business. He later joined his wife in her sign business. Tony enjoyed working with his hands and tools like his father. He could build just about anything. He also loved to trouble shoot jobs and converse with his customers. Tony could sell just about anything to any one.Tony loved food, he enjoyed cooking, creating new dishes & barbecuing. He especially loved green Chile from New Mexico. Every year his family went to his parents house to roast the chile. He was very outgoing and very social. Tony loved the water and many outdoor sports. He also joined several clubs and he always enjoyed helping others. He loved playing with his 2 dogs, (Fur Babies) and enjoyed their company very much.
