Nicholas Murphy

We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2026, at the age of 66, Nicholas Murphy of Winthrop, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicholas Murphy to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Murphy and George Murphy; his sister Zoe Galvin of Franklin; and his pet Libby. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Murphy (Fioretti) of Winthrop; his children, Daniel Murphy (Kristina) of Winthrop and Kaitlin Hensley (Jeff) of Peabody; his grandchildren, Dominic and Giuliana Pizzicannella-Murphy; his siblings, Louise of Weymouth, Geoffrey of New York, Amy of Alabama, George of Dorchester and Thomas of Bellingham; and his pets, Tucker and Ramona. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ernest P. Caggiano & Son Funeral Home (147 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA 02152). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (320 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA 02152).
