Neva Jane Johnson

Neva Jane Johnson, 69, of Roff, passed away at her home on March 8, 2026. Born on August 18, 1956, in Ada, she was the daughter of William Oscar Freeman II and Joetta Jayne Gallahar Freeman.

Neva is survived by her son, David Stokes; her daughters, Amanda Alexander Foster and husband John, Melissa Murphy, Melody Alexander and husband Josh, and Mary Wyatt and husband Glenn; her brothers, Tim Freeman and Frankie Savage; her sisters, Mary Coffey and Dee Rodriguez; and her children from another mother, Chris Ellis and Ariel Stokes. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Madison Foster, Dax Foster, Porche Ellis, Mercedes Ellis, Khia Ellis, Abbie Stokes, Caitlyn Stokes, Deven Stokes, Alice Stokes, Brittany Stokes, Kelsey Kirkland, Braylinn King, Danny Alexander, and Saxton Alexander, as well as many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William Freeman III.
