She was born November 12, 1952, in Johnstown, PA a daughter of the late Heil and Helen Boring Brewer.A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.Charlie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family and friends.She is survived by her husband, Norman Michael Jean of the home; son, Michael Allen Jean (Gen Chandler-Jean) of Gray ME; granddaughter, Lily Jean of Gray, ME; and siblings: Brenda Molner, Elise Ashmen, and Ned Brewer all of PA.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hem of His Garment, 724 W.
