She was born on October 29, 1923, in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, to Catalino and Tomasa Panela. She later moved to the United States and spent time living in Livermore, California, before settling in Olympia, Washington, where she was a resident for the past 29 years.Narcisa worked as a housekeeper at St. Peter Hospital. Outside of work, she found joy in sewing, knitting, crocheting, and planning family meals, simple acts that brought her family together and reflected her deep love for those around her. She was also a devoted member of Sacred Heart Parish.Narcisa was a radiant source of warmth and kindness, always ready with a smile, a gentle word, and a plate of food to ensure everyone else was cared for first. She lived with grace and humility, embodying the values her family holds dear and inspiring those around her to become their best selves.She is survived by her sons, Crispin Padagas, Yolo Padagas, and Rosario Padagas, and her daughter, Maria Edwards.Narcisa was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Santos Padagas, and her son, Rick Padagas.Her life was a testament to love, family, faith, and quiet strength.
