Nancy Worrall ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Bates Funeral Chapel - Oskaloosa on Mar. 17, 2026.Nancy Worrall, age 77, of Fremont, Iowa, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at her home in Fremont, under hospice care. She was born on August 10, 1948, in Alton, Illinois, the daughter of Betty Jean Kennedy. Nancy received her G.E.D. and later earned an associate's degree from Indian Hills Community College. In 1969 she was united in marriage to David L. Worrall. To this union 2 children were born, Theresa and David. Years later they divorced.Nancy worked at Bridge Port for a time until taking a job at Chamberlain Window. Lastly, she worked at Cargill in Eddyville, Iowa, for 15 years until retiring in 2007. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family.She is survived by her children, Theresa Worrall of Fremont and David Worrall of Eddyville; her grandchildren, Amber Lytle, Jacob Decker and Logan (Morgan) Worrall; a great grandchild, Freya Bakalar and another great grandson on the way; her siblings, Tim (Jane), Tom, Donny, Rhonda, Connie, Jenny and Jesse.Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jerry Kennedy and a sister, Sherry Gates.As was her wish, cremation will take place and a graveside service will be held at a later date. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
