She is survived by: her sister Shirley Faye McDermott; her husband Gene Forderhase; her son Andrew; her daughter-in-law Edina Forderhase; her granddaughters, Ellen Sophia and Emily Grace; her daughter Ellen; her son-in-law Adrian of Graffenreid; her grandchildren, Nick and Johanna of Graffenreid; Danny, Ricardo Ocampo, Lexington and Francisco Flores Albacete of Spain. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Peter the Apostle Orthodox Church (7470 Hickory Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33967). A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at the St. Peter the Apostle Orthodox Church (7470 Hickory Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33967).

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Saint Peter the Apostle Antiochian Orthodox Church or consider making a gift to the Eastern Kentucky University History Department in Nancy's memory.
