Nancy Harrell

Nancy (Travis) Harrell Edenton - Nancy Patricia Travis Harrell, 70, of 647 Yeopim Road, Edenton, passed away on Friday, March 6th in Greenville. Born November 15, 1955 in Chowan County, she was the daughter of the late Durwood and Pauline Travis. Nancy was talented, having her own painting company, as well as raising five boys as a homemaker. She loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family. Nancy was especially known for baking delicious cakes.She is survived by her husband, Ben; six sons, Nathan Harrell, Daniel Garrett Albritton, David Wesley Albritton, Elijah William Albritton and his wife, Jessica, Isaac Benjamin Albritton and his wife, Stephanie, and Michael Thomas Albritton and his wife, Erin; and three grandchildren, Madilyn, Camryn, and Emma.A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 2 pm in Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Home, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton with Pastor Steve Hill officiating.
