Nancy Ann Collacott, 82, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026. She was born on June 18, 1943 in Painesville, Ohio to Raymond and Mildred (Yantis) Moore.

Nancy grew up in Painesville and after graduating high school she attended nursing school for 2 years. After deciding that wasn't the career for her she then worked at several insurance agencies in customer service. She met and married Norm and they were blessed with 4 daughters. Nancy stayed at home with them until they moved to KC area and she returned to work in the insurance industry. They enjoyed playing cards, seeing movies and taking vacations, as well as spending time with their 9 grandchildren. After Norm passed away she continued to work for a few years and in 2012 she moved into a senior apartment where she kept busy reading, crocheting, playing cards, attending bible studies and of course cheering on her beloved Royals and Chiefs. In the last couple years, she was blessed with 5 great grandchildren who were the lights of her life. They will all miss their Nana deeply.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Dyanne (David) Crist, Heather (Tim) Parson, Melissa Adrian, and Cheryl Collacott, her grandchildren, Jacob (Morgan) Crist, Cole (Alyssa) Adrian, Mekayla (James) Fields, Alexis (Caine) Fowler, Samantha Adrian, Bailey (Joe) Gomez, Zachary Crist, Ryan Parson, and Gracen Santoyo, and her great grandchildren, Hannah Fields, Jonah Gomez, Ava Fowler, Sylvie Adrian, and Hadley Fields.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Collacott, parents, Raymond and Mildred Moore, and her sister, Sandra Wilson.
