She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Markey and Alice Markey; her husband Clifford Belden; her brother Alan Markey; and her close friend Jim Roden.

She is survived by: her sons, Thomas C. Belden (Susan) of Warrensburg and Bruce F. Belden (Cindy) of North Creek; her grandchildren, Thomas C. Belden, Jr. (Doriene), Brett S. Belden (Kate), Stacy Poirier (Rob) and Ryan Belden (Kirstyn); and her sisters-in-law, Susan Moffitt and Cindy Moffitt. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home, Inc. (3809 Main St, Warrensburg, NY 12885). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Rd., Warrensburg or to High Peaks Hospice.
