She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl K. Chumley and Cora G. Chumley (Gulley); her husband Marshall Richard Fridy, Jr.; her children, Mark Fridy and Maggie Fridy; her grandson Tyler Fridy; her siblings, Robert E. Chumley, Judy and Janice Chumley; and her pet Precious.

She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Fridy (Amalia J.), Maria E. Mayo (Richard), Michelle R. Smallwood (Edgar) and Melissa R. Fridy (Carlos Ross); her grandchildren, Amanda, Angelica, Arlene, Aaron, Addison, Michael, Samantha, Sara, Sherri, Donald, Dustin, Randalyn, Melody, Quentin, Matt, Jennifer and Lindsey; her siblings, Sylvester, Terry, Keith Chumley and Donna Logsdon; and her pet Princess. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home-East (2115 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
