Amanda Golden Banks of New Bern, NC, Lorraine Hodges, Dorraine Dillahunt of Fayetteville, NC, and Marcus Dillahunt of Columbia, SC; four brothers: Frank Dillahunt of Henderson, NC, Rev. Haywood Dillahunt of New Bern, NC, Edward Earl Dillahunt of Fayetteville, NC, and Clifton Dillahunt of New Bern, NC; two sisters, Minnie Moore of Fayetteville, NC, and Rev. Linda Sledge of New Bern, NC; and nine grandchildren.The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Reverend Linda Sledge, 556 Sanders Lane, New Bern, North Carolina, and will assemble there in preparation for the funeral procession.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 8, 2026, in the sanctuary of Mount Mariah Missionary Baptist Church, 1228 Asbury Road, Cove City, NC.Burial will follow at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake, NC.A public viewing will be held from 5:00PM -7:00 PM Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.The Management and Staff of Trinity Funeral Servicesare privileged to provide a service with the spirit of Excellence, Dignity, & Devotion to the family of Timothy Dillahunt"Diligent in Business; Fervent in Spirit" - Romans 12:1To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Mr.Timothy Dillahunt, please visit our floral store.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
