Victoria Kilroy ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services - Wilmington on Mar. 11, 2026.Mrs. Victoria Kilroy, age 85 of New Castle, Delaware passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at her home surrounded by family.Born in Indio, Riverside County, California; a daughter of Abrigayl Soto and Marcelino Duran; she was one of their several children. She graduated from High School in Indio, California.Victoria was a baptized servant of Jehovah God and she was formerly an active member of the Dagsboro Spanish Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses until 2024. When she settled in New Castle, Delaware in 2025 she attended the Bear Spanish Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. Victoria was an active minister of the good news and faithful in reading her Bible and maintained her strong faith and zeal for the ministry.Victoria was a veteran of the United States Navy, where she served as E-2 Seaman.Prior to retirement, Victoria was a licensed hairdresser for many years, and was a licensed Beauty Academy instructor at a beauty school in Salisbury, Maryland. She enjoyed being connected with her students, clients, their families and her spiritual family.Victoria was preceded in death by her late parents, and some of her siblings.She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, William J. Kilroy; her son, Michael Mach; her step son, Matthew, husband of Judy Kilroy; her step son, David Kilroy. granddaughter, Peyton; her step grandson, Sean Kilroy; her three great grandchildren, Mauricio, Angelo and Camillo, and her brothers, and sisters.Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services.Service plans are incomplete at this time and future services will be announced at a later time..
