Mrs. Revonda Thomason Bell

Mrs. Revonda Thomason Bell, 53, of Jacksonville, NC, wife of Anthony Bell, transitioned on Wednesday. March 4, 2026, at UNC Hospital Chapel Hill. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Roberta (Charles) Dawkins, and the late Edward Eugene Stoddard.

Devoted mother and wife, Revonda lived a full life pursuing higher education and a career as a nursing healthcare provider as well as charitable service. She attained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University and later advancing to a Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Her endeavors included military service as a Captain in the United States Air Force, civilian positions in Emergency Room trauma nursing, ICU, and then rejoining federal service the VA and Department of Defense Education Activity. Revonda resolved to serve a passion for helping young children as a school nurse in the DODEA in Jacksonville, North Carolina Camp Lejeune. Her heart was filled with love for helping by supporting organizations like the Salvation Army, Girl Scouts, and various charitable causes.

Surviving: in addition to her husband and her mother: two daughters, Sienna Bell, of Dayton, OH; and Nadia Bell, of Greensboro, NC; a sister, Tabitha Byrd; a brother, Donovan Norman; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 11:00am, - 12:00pm, at Reedy Fork Baptist Church.

Funeral Services: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 12:00pm, at Reedy Fork Baptist Church, with interment in Stoddard Family Cemetery, Damascus Drive, Gray Court SC, 29645.
