Pamela Shay Thomas Adams, 60, of Kosciusko, Mississippi, passed away on March 15, 2026, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 4, 1965, Pamela spent many years serving her community as a dedicated 911 dispatcher. A longtime member of Center Baptist Church, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose family was the center of her world. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren and was also a devoted fan of the LSU Tigers, finding great joy in cheering them on.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Redia Pigg Thomas, and her brother, Chip Thomas.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Gwin Adams of Kosciusko; her father, Paul Thomas, and stepmother, Carolyn Thomas, of Madden; her sisters, Paula Johnson (Danny) of Kosciusko and Amy Hardy of Madden; and her brother, Mark Wilcher (Jodi) of Carthage. She leaves behind her three children, Ashley Verry (Todd) of Philadelphia, Haley Cochran (Isaiah) of Kosciusko, and Cye McKinney (Kelley) of Kosciusko, along with ten beloved grandchildren who brought her immense joy: Austin Verry, Natalie Verry, Cole Cochran, Gracie Verry, Kamlynn Cochran, Lane Cochran, Mazlynn Cochran, Luke McKinney, Emma James McKinney, and Allie Claire McKinney. She is also survived by a special cousin, Tammy Thomas, as well as many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
