Emily Kay Parolari, 72, of Columbus, passed away on March 10, 2026, at Brown County Health Living Community in Nashville.
Born on August 9, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of Luster and Dorothy Pumpelly Brock. On April 29, 1978, Emily married William “Bill” Parolari. Together they raised two children, Michael William Parolari and Valerie Ann Getz. A devoted stay-at-home mother, she poured her heart into nurturing her family and creating a warm, loving home.
Emily was a woman of deep Christian faith who attended many local churches and sought to live out the principles of love and charity in her daily life. While she worked in various factories around the Columbus area, her family remained her first priority. She also gave generously of her time through volunteer work with the local Salvation Army Store and as a cheerful bell ringer during the Christmas season.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant son Matthew Parolari, and her sister Helen Elizabeth. Emily will be deeply missed by her husband Bill, her children, and all those who knew and loved her.
