Born and raised in the Raleigh area, Constance lived a quiet and steady life, deeply connected to her family. She is remembered fondly by her siblings, Delois Partin and her husband Paul, James Frank Cole III, and Karen Hester and her husband Michael, as well as a wide circle of other relatives and friends who cherished her presence.
Her family will gather to honor her memory in a service on Saturday, March 21, 2026, with interment following at Mount Hope Cemetery.
