Mrs. Annice Ruth Hall

Mrs. Annice Ruth Hall, age 92 of Scottsboro, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Annice lived a long and full life surrounded by family. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Powell; grandchildren, Ginger Helms (Becil Baldwin), Jamie Helms (Tabetha), Matt Powell, Blake Powell, Amanda Rackow (Bobby), Michael Hall, and Tim Hall (Jamie); great-grandchildren, Lexi Baldwin, Brody Baldwin, Harli Rackow, Aiden Rackow, Riley Rackow, Morgan Helms, and Ethan Helms; sisters, Shirley Hall and Pat Baugh; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershell Hall; children, Sandra Hall, Brenda Helms, Ron Hall, and Bettye Moses; parents, Jim Bob and Flora Boozer Beard; and siblings, Buddy, Lester, Edith, Bobbie, and Sue.
