Mrs. Ann Morrison

Mrs. Frances Ann Morrison, age 83, of Jefferson, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Born in Jefferson, she was the daughter of the late George Edward Willis and the late Frances Pinion Willis Whitlock. Raised with the loving help of her grandparents, George Henry Pinion and Mary Alice Pinion, Ann was a longtime member of White Plains Baptist Church and worked for many years as a seamstress at Belgrade Manufacturing.

She shared 66 years of marriage with her husband, Oscar Morrison of Jefferson. Ann is survived by her son, David Morrison of Niceville, Florida; her daughter, Donna Rogers and her husband Tim of Jefferson; grandchildren Justin Black, Jordan Morrison, and Sarah Beth Todd; eight great-grandchildren; and her half-sister, Martha Tankersly and her husband Mike of Gainesville.

Ann’s quiet strength, devotion to family, and faithful presence in her church community will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
