Mr. Wendell Wade Womack

Wendell Wade Womack, age 94, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on March 12, 2026, at Wellstar Paulding Hospital.

Born on May 4, 1931, in Dallas to Judge Beasley Womack and Mary Lee Tibbetts Womack, Wendell served his country as a mechanic in the Air Force. He shared a long marriage with his beloved wife, Eloise Wood Womack, who preceded him in death in 2016. Known for his quiet strength and steady presence, he was a devoted father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to many.

In addition to his parents and wife, Wendell was preceded in death by his grandson, Greg McMichen; brothers, Lowen Womack, M.G. Womack, and Virgil Womack; sister, Mary Lucille Hanson; and infant siblings, Ava Lee Womack and a baby sister.

He is survived by his daughters, Darlene Peppel (Rick) and Debra Carden (Earl); grandchildren, Kevin Carden, Wesley Carden, and Tim McMichen (Sarah); and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
