He was born on September 7, 1942, in Bonifay, Florida to the late Columbus George Boswell and Lois Crutchfield Boswell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Boswell was preceded in death by three brothers, Marvis Boswell, Richard Boswell, and James Boswell.Mr. Boswell is survived by his wife of 64 years, Josephine Boswell; three children, Sheila Boswell, Angela Boswell Lingerfelt and Jamie, and Gerald Boswell; four grandchildren, Nevaeh Boswell, Faith Lingerfelt, Destiny Lingerfelt, and Charity Lingerfelt; two brothers, Walter Boswell and Delton Boswell; one sister, Alta Boswell Grubbs; numerous nieces and nephews.Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
