He was born on April 10, 1940, in Vietnam to Phu Vong Cu and Hoang Thi Cuu.Mr. Phu is lovingly remembered by his eight children, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister, who will continue to honor his memory.A funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
