Kimble Mortuary & Cremation on Mar. 16, 2026.Michael Charles Veasley, Jr. was born on December 8, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois, to Michael Charles Veasley, Sr. and Irene Crawford Veasley. He departed this life on March 13, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent Health System in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 50 years. Shortly after his birth, the family moved back to Forrest City, Arkansas, where he was raised.Michael was raised in a loving Christian home in Forrest City. At an early age, he accepted Christ under the leadership of Reverend Armstead Slayton, who also baptized him. He received his education in the Forrest City School District.Following his schooling, Michael moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas, and later relocated to Hot Springs, Arkansas. He had a passion for working on cars and loved fixing things. Michael believed he could fix just about anything, and he took pride in helping others whenever he could. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and sharing moments with those he loved.He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Charles Veasley, Sr.; and his siblings, Josephine Q. Veasley and Wesley Mario Veasley.Michael leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Irene Crawford Veasley of Forrest City, Arkansas; his children, Michael L. Veasley of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Katricia Coleman of West Memphis, Arkansas, Ra'niyah Veasley of Conway, Arkansas, Carlissa Veasley of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jessie Lee Randle of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother, Oland (Jessica) Veasley of Hot Springs, Arkansas; host of grandchildren; and one sister, Felicia Veasley of Forrest City, Arkansas, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will forever treasure his life and memory.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
