Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1207 N. Jefferson Street, Tampa, FL 33601, with Reverend Arthur L. Green, Jr., Officiating. A private interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.He graduated from Howard W. Blake High School Class of 1965 and is a graduate of Florida A&M University. He also served honorably in the United States Army's naval division. Charlie was a committed coach and mentor for the West Tampa Eagles Little League football team.He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Maceda and Michelle Page, along with a host of family and friends.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. Also, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1207 N.
